Refund Policy

Digital Nook sells digital downloads. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after a download link has been sent.

We will refund or replace your purchase if any of the following applies and you contact us within 14 days of your order:

• The file is damaged, incomplete, or will not open in a standard PDF reader, and we cannot fix it by sending a replacement.

• You were charged more than once for the same order, or bought the same item twice by mistake.

• The product is materially different from its description on our site.

• You did not receive your download link and we are unable to resend it.

To request help, email digitalnookstudio41@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We normally reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider decides how long that takes to appear.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.

Terms of Use and License

By buying from or using digitalnookstudio.com you agree to these terms.

What you are buying. Each product is a static PDF file delivered by download link. The files are printable. They are not editable templates and do not contain fillable form fields. No physical item is shipped.

Personal-use license. When you buy a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it, print it, and use it for yourself and your household. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the file or printed copies;

• share the file or your download link with others, or post it online;

• use the content in a product or service you sell;

• remove notices from the file or claim the content as your own.

Need to use a resource with a team, clients, or a class? Email us before you buy and we will tell you whether a different license is available.

Ownership. All content remains the property of Digital Nook. Your purchase gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.

Educational information only. Our resources are general educational material. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, clinical, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. You are responsible for how you use them.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is handled by our third-party payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout.

Accuracy. We work to keep descriptions and previews accurate. If you find an error in a product, tell us and we will correct it or make it right under the Refund Policy.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, Digital Nook is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the resources, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Digital Nook collects when you use digitalnookstudio.com and how it is used.

What we collect. Order details (your name, email address, billing country and region, the items you bought, and the order total); messages you send us by email or through the contact form; and basic technical data needed to run the site and checkout, such as cookies that keep items in your bag.

What we do not collect. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) under their own privacy policies.

How we use it. To deliver your download link and order confirmation, to answer questions and resolve problems with an order, to keep the records we are required to keep for tax and accounting, and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked to receive it.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers needed to run the store: our website and store host (Hostinger) and our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal).

How long we keep it. Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Messages are kept for as long as needed to help you.

Your choices. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing digitalnookstudio41@gmail.com. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.

Cookies. The site uses cookies that are necessary for the bag and checkout to work. You can choose whether to allow optional cookies in the cookie banner.

Children. The store is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

Changes. We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.

Download Help

How delivery works. After checkout you receive an email at the address you entered, with a link to download your PDF. No physical item is shipped.

Download link timing. Your link is active for 48 hours after purchase. Save the file to your device once you have downloaded it.

I did not get the email. Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm you typed your email correctly at checkout. Still nothing? Email digitalnookstudio41@gmail.com with your order number or the name and email used at checkout and we will resend the link.

My link expired. Email us with your order number and we will send a new one.

Opening the file. The files are standard PDFs and open in any current PDF reader, including the free readers built into most phones, tablets, and computers.

Printing. Files are sized for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in). To print on A4, choose Fit or Scale to fit in your print settings. Print only the worksheet and checklist pages you need.

Can I type into the PDF? The files are static, not fillable forms. You can print and write by hand, or add notes with any app that supports PDF annotation.
